Business service and scope
Faturathi is presented as a business-to-business (B2B) e-invoicing software service. This page describes general website and service use; a signed customer agreement, if any, may set out additional service-specific terms. Nothing here identifies a contracting entity for an agreement that has not been supplied. The named entities and office details appear on our Contact page.
Authorized use and accounts
Use the service only for legitimate business purposes and with authority from the business whose information you submit. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential, managing access for your users and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Do not submit information you are not entitled to provide.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, purchased or scraped contact lists, fraudulent documents, malicious code, or unlawful or misleading content. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or access another user's data. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk or legal obligations.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, third-party services, networks and other events can interrupt access. Features and documentation may change. Any specific uptime or support commitment must be confirmed in the applicable customer agreement; this website does not promise uninterrupted availability.
Content and intellectual property
Faturathi branding, website content, software and documentation remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Your organization retains its rights in the data it submits. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or grant permission to copy, resell or reverse engineer it except where applicable law or a separate agreement permits.
Disclaimer and liability
Website information is provided for general business information and is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Your organization remains responsible for checking invoice data and its own legal obligations. To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any signed agreement, the website is provided without a guarantee that every feature will be error-free or suitable for every use. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
