Information we receive

When you contact us, request a demo or apply to the partner program, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, business email, phone number, company, area of interest and message. We use these details to respond to the enquiry and maintain a record of the conversation.

For application accounts, information may include business and user identifiers, account credentials or authentication data, assigned roles, activity and security records, and invoice or workflow information supplied through the service. The information involved depends on the features your organization uses. The website also uses Google Analytics, which may process technical information about visits and usage.

How information is used

We use information to answer business enquiries, provide and support the service, administer accounts, authenticate users, process application workflows, investigate misuse, and maintain security and operational records. We do not sell email addresses or use them for unsolicited email.

Email communications

Where the relevant account features are enabled, system-generated messages may include email or account verification, one-time passwords (OTP) and other authentication messages, password resets, security alerts, and e-invoicing application workflow notifications. Enquiry acknowledgements and responses may also be sent to the address you provide. These are service-related communications, not permission to send unrelated promotions. The system is not intended for unsolicited bulk marketing or purchased or scraped mailing lists.

Service providers

Cloud, hosting, analytics and email providers may process limited information needed to operate the website, deliver the service or send its messages. Access should be limited to the relevant purpose. Retention and security

We retain enquiry, account and application information for as long as needed to provide the service, respond to requests, meet applicable obligations and resolve disputes. Retention may vary by record type and customer arrangements; contact us for a request relating to your information. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
